No. Our service includes an online consultation with a registered healthcare professional. If you are eligible, they will issue a private prescription at no extra cost, which is then fulfilled by our pharmacy.

Who is eligible for medical weight loss treatment?
Eligibility typically depends on your Body Mass Index (BMI) and any underlying health conditions. Generally, treatments like Orlistat or Xenical are suitable for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or 28 and above if you have weight-related health issues (such as high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes).
